FPL and Associates, Inc. was established in 1988 by Dr. Fong-Ping Lee, Ph.D., P.E., T.E., P.T.O.E. and has since been providing Civil and Traffic engineering services to federal, state, municipal/local, and private clients.

FPL specializes in creating sustainable solutions for site development. Led by our in-house LEED® Accredited Professionals, we assist with all sustainable site elements of green building projects, including the pursuit of LEED® Certification based on the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) rating system. In addition, FPL specializes in City of Los Angeles “B” Permit Projects for both traffic and civil engineering needs.

An (Underutilized) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (UDBE) certified by CUCP, FPL is a rarity amongst small, local, UDBE firms. We are a company where clients can do one-stop shopping for street and ramp intersection design.
