FPL is proud to serve as prime consultant to OCTA, responsible for the design and conversion of the existing, buffer separated, and limited access high occupancy vehicle (HOV) facilities to provide continuous access along two segments of the I-5 freeway: 17 miles between Oso Creek to Grand Avenue and 8 miles between the SR-57 freeway and the SR-91 freeway.
