FPL and Associates, Inc. was founded in 1987 by Dr. Fong-Ping Lee, Ph.D., P.E., T.E. and has since been providing engineering services to federal, state, municipal/local, and private clients. Located in the heart of Southern California, FPL is a privately held corporation with a staff of 20.
